"Very Good"
I was acutally a bit worried when i read those negative comments and wasn’t sure what to expect. The location is right next to a cable car stop, the owner recommended good Restaurants close by, it was clean and tidy, we even got the second blanket someone mentioned wasn‘t available. You cannot expect more for that money.

Excellent location, with multiple street cars going into the centre. A lovely neighborhood. The shared bathroom was rudimentary but very clean and everything worked well.

It's a hard one to judge. A house on a residential road east of the centre which has been converted into rooms to rent, and communal areas. All contact with the landlord was via booking chat, all info was comprehensive and replied quickly. My room was really good for the money, with underfloor blowing heating, a decent comfy bed, desk and the toilet/shower was next door. Communal areas were a bit noisy at times, but that's to be expected, some guests have more respect than others ;) It's close to Chinatown, and there are a lot of craft beer bars within a mile or so. The tram runs literally right past the door, so access to the centre is easy. Overall, an unusual stay but it worked fine for me!

Location is quite central, a short bus/tram ride to the subway lines. Very clean house in a quiet neighborhood, and since it’s a house it had a full kitchen with a big fridge. So I could cook anything I want.
